How much does it cost to print photos after I get my first set for free?

Each subsequent envelope will cost you €5.95.

What times are you open at Winterval?

Our pop up is open in John Roberts Square, Waterford, from 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays throughout Winterval (providing there are no more storms or severe wind warnings! 💨 But we’ll keep you updated via Instagram if our opening times change as a result of the weather.)

Can I print photos with Twelve even if I’m not at Winterval?

Yes! You don’t have to be on site to use Twelve. You can open the app via app.twelvephotos.com at any time, from anywhere, and add your photos to print. During this soft launch, we are currently only offering a click and collect option from our Twelve pop-up on-site at Winterval, so you’ll need to pop into Winterval to collect your envelope of prints during our festival hours of 12-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. But who doesn’t love an excuse to get into visit the European City of Christmas?! 

How many photos can I print at a time?

You can print up to 12 photos at a time. This keeps the process quick and easy for you, and reduces the overwhelm of having to choose large numbers of photos from your gallery at the one time.

Where are my photos printed?

Our printing lab is set up in a workshop in John Roberts Square, not far from the pop-up. This allows us to process your order, print your photos and have them ready for collection within as little as 30 minutes.

Keep an eye on your emails after you place your order, because we’ll be in touch as soon as your photos are ready for collection.

Can I pay by cash at the pop up when I collect my photos?

No. We are a cashless business that keeps everything streamlined and convenient online with multiple payment options via the mobile web application. Depending on your device, you can choose to pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Revolut Pay, whatever is most convenient for you. We use Stripe as our payment processor.

This is a genius idea. How come there’s nothing else like it out there already? 

Honestly, we don’t know how, because it’s the simplest ideas that always work best.
